Passover trivia game

This game is about Passover, and here are a few questions to get us started. So reply with your answer and post your own questions for others. I look forward to everyone’s participation.

1. What did God give Moses at Mt. Sinai?

2. How many plagues were sent upon Egypt? 7, 4, or 10?

3. Name the Israelite who led the Jews from Egypt.

Well thank you for answering You refer to Revelation chapter 16, the 7 bowls of God’s wrath. These plagues have yet to happen and lead to the battle at Armageddon. Passover celebrates the plagues God inflicted on Egypt, who enslaved His People, which the 10th plague “ Passed Over”.

There were 10 plagues:
1 the plague of blood Exodus 7:14-24
2 the plague of frogs Exodus 8:1- 15
3 the plague of gnats Exodus 8:16-19
4 the plague of flies Exodus 8:20-32
5 the plague on livestock Exodus 9:1-7
6 the plague of boils Exodus 9:8-12
7 the plague of hail Exodus 9:13-35
8 the plague of locusts Exodus 10:1-20
9 the plague of darkness Exodus 10:21-29
10 the plague on the firstborn Exodus 11:4-10

This is turning out to be a very interesting topic to me. It never occurred to me that the answer to the plagues might be taken from Revelation. That book is full of mystery that has yet to be revealed. But, to be fair, Roberta, you didn't specify that the plagues were from the Exodus. Even though the topic is about Passover, the 7 plagues in Revelation are going to have a lot to do with the Passover. Refer to Yeshua, in Luke 22:14) When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. 15) And he said to them, "I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. 16) For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God."
This last comment says that the Passover commandment is coming to fulfillment at a much later time. The plagues in Revelation are a part of that fulfillment.
So. . . way to go Ricky!
But, to answer one of your questions:

Answer: the tablets of the 10 commandments which were given by God.

aside Did you know that there were two sets of tablets? Moses broke the first set because he didn't believe the people were worthy of getting the tablets that Yahweh Himself wrote. Moses went back up to Mr. Sinai and the second set were written by Moses. Those are the ones he gave to the Hebrews.

This is a good, basic set of questions on Passover. A little study by anyone would surely provide the answers. Ricky's answer was a good one since he retrieved his answers from a future view, which is similar to the past. Hum, now that is interesting.
